Regarding your purchase, we did have a record of the initial issue you encountered with your Bible cover. Upon receiving your complaint, our support team had responded promptly on June 19 and June 22, respectively, seeking photo verification of your claims. Sadly, we did not receive any response to these emails.
In order to provide a resolution swiftly, we have sent out another email to you today asking for any supporting photos of the issue with the color and name on the bible cover. This documentation will enable us to verify your claim and thereby speed up the rectification process.
